Mentored by her parents, Bob and Joan Elliott, Sandy gained expertise in wholesale and manufacturing before launching her own agency in 1982, specializing in ski-related brands and fostering long-term client relationships. Highly skilled in multitasking, data analysis, and managing multiple seasons at once, she thrives in the fast-paced industry. Based in the Okanagan, Sandy is an avid skier who loves exploring by bike, boat, or horseback. Pickleball is her new passion!

Aly Youl
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Alison has been skiing BC’s mountains since the age of three and has a passion for all things active—whether it’s exploring the many mountains of BC, paddling on the ocean, training at the gym, or running on the soccer pitch. With 15 years in clothing manufacturing and over a decade in raw material sourcing and development, she has extensive experience in garment construction, quality assurance, and product lifecycle management.
